Online Shopping Support

Before the pandemic, many stylists would purchase their scissors at trade shows or through authorized distributors. Once the pandemic hit, stylists had to make their orders online or over the phone. Not everyone is 100% comfortable with this and we get it, we want you to feel secure in your investment and we are here to help!

  • Need help deciding which scissor is best for you? Give us a call or email and we will help guide you.
  • Having an issue placing your order online? Call us and we're happy to take your order over the phone.
  • If you get your new scissors and realize that they are not the ones for you (scissor is too short, too long, not the right model for you), give us a call right away and we are happy to help you. **We only ask that you do not use the scissor, we do not sell used scissors, so we cannot take back used scissors, but we will do everything we can to work with you because we do not want you to be stuck with a scissor you do not love.
